耐力和忍受力

Recently, we helped brother Wei do leg stretching. Brother Wei’s endurance is so good that I feel like I’m hurting when I see him stretching. The reason is because brother Wei’s is always doing meditation, he knows that meditation can increase your endurance. When I do something that involves endurance, I quickly want to give up and take a break, not thinking that endurance will improve your body. Instead, I think about how comfortable it is to not do anything and rest. I like to take breaks a lot, but I need to get rid of this habit and improve in the future.


最近,我們在幫威哥拉筋,威哥的耐力和忍受力強到我看的時候都感覺疼。之所以耐力那麼好,是因為他打坐打的很好,並且經常打,因為他知道打坐是可以提高自制力的。當我做一些關於自制力的東西時,我很快就在腦子裏想:“先放棄吧,你會感到很舒服的”。當時就沒有想到堅持可以提高自制力和好轉身體。我這個人很喜歡偷懶,但是我得改掉這個習慣,並且在將來提高我的活動能力。
