切牛肉Cut beef

因为每周末我们要吃火锅,而超市里火锅的肉卷又卖的比较贵。所以前几周,叔叔让虎哥买回来了一个专切肉片用的架子刀。周末我们就自己把牛肉切成一片一片来下锅煮,因为大块牛肉卖的非常便宜,这样也可以相对节省一些,而且吃着还过瘾。初期不知是什么原因,肉片刀切肉还没有直接拿菜刀切的轻松。不过慢慢找到窍门后切的就好了,一大块肉一会儿就轻松切完了。看着切成的一片片薄薄的肉,不禁感叹,国外真是肉卖的比菜还便宜……

On weekends, we cut the beef into slices and cook it in the pot, because the large pieces of beef are sold very cheaply, so it can be relatively economical, and it is enjoyable to eat. I don't know the reason at the beginning, but it is not as easy to cut meat directly with a kitchen knife. But after slowly finding the trick, it will be fine, and a large piece of meat will be easily cut in a while. Looking at the slices of thinly sliced meat, I can't help but sigh, meat is really cheaper than vegetables abroad...
