這周我們吃飯的時候,發現菜裏多出了一味我們既熟悉又陌生的的調味料:蒲公英花,說熟悉,我們每天都能夠看到這種花,草坪上到處都是,十分常見。但是它又很陌生,因為我們從來沒有吃過用蒲公英花做的菜,但是想不到,這蒲公英花在叔叔和虎哥的妙手製作之下,原本想像中會又苦又澀的花竟然發出了一種奇異的香味,並且非常好吃,原來我們平時很常見的植物也能做成美味的佳餚啊


This week when we having meals, we found a new seasoner, it is a familiar and unfamiliar seasoner called “dandelion”. It is familiar to us because we can see them every day, it’s every where on grasses, very natural. It is also unfamiliar to us because we never eat them before, but we can’t imagine that under uncle and brother hank’s wonderful cooking, we found good taste from them, and it’s very yummy, so that is common for dandelion also make it a yummy food.
