掰手腕

自從博威哥確定了自己以後的目標（健美），一直在努力的鍛煉著。現在的博威哥和以前真的無法可比，身上的力氣大了許多。以前掰手腕還可以多較量一下，現在掰手腕直接就被秒殺了。然後我們就有了一個想法，我們一個一個和他掰手腕，但最終還是以失敗告終。掰不過他是有很大的原因的，我們鍛煉都沒有像博威哥那種努力和吃苦的精神，因為博威哥有那種努力和吃苦的精神，他才有了如此大的力氣。

Since brother Bo wei determine his subsequent target（bodybuilding），he always strive to exercise，nowadays brother bo wei is more strong than former brother bo wei, physical strength is more bigger.Though previously I could resist for some time when we were wrestling hand, but now I am just like a child facing his on this. And then we have a idea that we can do this in succession with him to weaken him, but in the end we still defeat. We don’t win him that have a big reason ,we exercise don’t have endeavor and suffering spirit as brother bo wei ,because brother bo wei have endeavor and suffering spirit， he has such big strength.
