跑步時間

現在,我的跑步時間已經增長到了七分鐘了。幾個月前,在我還在只跑三分鐘時,我都已經累得滿身是汗了。而現在我反而覺得不像以前那麼累了。感覺多努力努力其實是可以進步很多的。


Now, my running time had improved to seven minutes. A few months ago, I felt very tired when I just can do three minutes. But now I feel even easier, I think if I work harder, I can get better.
