繼續進步

Recently, we have been playing basketball and everyone is trying really hard on it, there is people who are really good at playing even though they don’t practice. This is because they have a good environment and have good teachers to guide them to the right path. Their minds and bodies are clear due to doing good things such as crossing legs and studying. We are still not perfect, but we will keep moving forward and become the best that we can.

最近，我們打籃球，所有人都非常努力，有些人打的很好即使他們沒有練。這是因為他們有一個很好的環境和有很好老師指導他們去做好。他們的思維和身體都很幹淨和清晰由於他們做了很多好事，盤腿打坐和學習。我們做的還不是那麼好，但是我們會繼續往前進步，做好自己最好的表現。
