及時反映

現在我們經常在叔叔那邊打坐，我覺得這樣非常好，可以及時反映男生這邊的情況，還可以給叔叔說一說我們的生活狀態。叔叔可以給我們指出我們不好的狀態和缺點。這樣會對我們的進步非常有益。

Now, we often do the meditation at uncle’s place, I think is very good. Because we can tell uncle the situation at boys’ place , and tell uncle about our living state. Uncle can point out where we get wrong. This will be really helpful on our improvement.
