跑步與提升

近幾天我們開始跑步了,我認為跑步非常考驗人的體力和耐力,現在我們都在增加跑步的時間和速度,我覺得跑步是一項很好的運動。


Recent days we start running, l think running is a test on human’s physical strength and endurance. Now we continue adding the running speed and the running time everyday , l feel running is a very good exercise.
