这周，姐姐给我们做了一顿非常好吃的韩式炒饭和玉米芝士沙拉。我们一起准备了胡萝卜丝，包菜丁，茄子丁，午餐肉丁，泡菜丁，和鸡蛋丁。姐姐把它们一起加到米饭里烹炒。炒出来的饭五彩缤纷，非常香。姐姐还搭配了玉米沙拉。姐姐告诉我们把马苏里拉芝士碎洒在玉米粒上，放到微波炉里加热，会有惊喜发生。芝士融化后，奶香四溢。当我们用叉子把芝士和玉米粒搅匀时，芝士全部开始拉丝，这个惊喜让我们非常兴奋。夹起来一口沙拉，就像展开一个芝士瀑布一样，大片的芝士上面缀满了玉米粒。这真是令人非常满足的一餐。
This week, sister made us a very delicious Korean fried rice and corn cheese salad. Together we prepared shredded carrots, diced cabbage, diced eggplant, diced luncheon meat, diced pickles, and diced eggs. Sister added them to the rice and cooked them together. The fried rice is colorful and very fragrant. Sister also had corn salad. Sister told us to sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the corn kernels and heat them in the microwave, and a surprise will happen. After the cheese melts, the milk is overflowing. When we tossed the cheese and corn kernels with a fork, the cheese all started to pull, this surprise made us very excited. Picking up a bite of the salad is like unfolding a cheese waterfall, with large slices of cheese topped with corn kernels. It was a very satisfying meal.
