因为这学期我们引入了一名新的课——烹饪课,所以上网课的过程多少变得有些有趣。甚至教这门课的老师还邀请我们到家里去一起实践烹饪。因为我们大部分情况下还是吃习惯了中餐,只是偶尔吃吃比较普遍的西餐,所以这次体验还是很有意思的。这也是我们第一次跟着西方人的步骤来制作亚洲料理,中间也有很多有意思的地方,比如米饭是用黄油和鸡汤做出来的、食物是用香油来煎炒而不是普通的食用油。这种混合式料理跟一般中餐和西餐有些许不同,不过也很有特色。
Because we introduced a new class this semester—cooking class, the process of taking online classes has become somewhat interesting. The teacher who taught the class even invited us into our home to practice cooking together. Because we are used to Chinese food in most cases, and only occasionally eat the more common Western food, so this experience is still very interesting. This is also the first time we follow the steps of Westerners to make Asian cuisine, and there are many interesting places in the middle, such as rice is made with butter and chicken broth, and food is fried with sesame oil instead of ordinary cooking oil. This kind of mixed cuisine is slightly different from ordinary Chinese and Western food, but it is also very distinctive.
