水煮肉片 Shui Zhu Pork

这周,叔叔给我们做了一道非常好吃的水煮肉片。叔叔用郫县豆瓣打了汤底,放入豆芽和小白菜。大铁锅里红彤彤的汤飘着绿油油的菜,看起来非常诱人。再把一大碗用鸡蛋裹好的里脊片下到锅里。乘出来后洒上剁碎的炸花椒和辣椒,用热油一泼,只听“哗——”的一阵声响,香飘四溢。夹起来一满筷子的红油肉片和豆芽菜,再上淋一勺汤汁,拌上米饭。这真是幸福的一天!
