椒盐蘑菇 Chinese Salt and Pepper Mushrooms

这周,姐姐给我们做了一道非常好吃的菜:椒盐蘑菇。首先,姐姐让我们把蘑菇洗净后撕成小块。姐姐加入了面粉搅拌,并且添加了胡椒粉、花椒粉、辣椒粉和盐调味。在蘑菇裹好了面糊后,姐姐把它们分次放入锅中油炸。等蘑菇们都炸至金黄后,用筛子捞出来漏油。再洒上少量孜然粉调味,这道菜就做好了。蘑菇外皮酥脆,又因为外面裹的面糊包含了各种调料,滋味十足,非常美味。

After the mushrooms were wrapped in batter, my sister put them into the pan and fried them one by one. When the mushrooms are deep-fried until golden, remove the oil with a sieve. A sprinkling of cumin powder for seasoning completes the dish. The skin of the mushrooms is crispy, and because the batter wrapped outside contains various seasonings, it is full of flavor and very delicious.
