椒盐蘑菇 Chinese Salt and Pepper Mushrooms


This week, sister cooked us a very delicious dish: salt and pepper mushrooms. First of all, my sister asked us to wash the mushrooms and tear them into small pieces. My sister added flour and stirred, and added pepper, pepper powder, chili powder and salt to taste. After the mushrooms were wrapped in batter, my sister put them into the pan and fried them one by one. When the mushrooms are deep-fried until golden, remove the oil with a sieve. A sprinkling of cumin powder for seasoning completes the dish. The skin of the mushrooms is crispy, and because the batter wrapped outside contains various seasonings, it is full of flavor and very delicious.
