排骨汤 Rib Soup

这周,加拿大突然降温了,有两天是零下20多度,外面非常寒冷。下午,叔叔给我们煮了热乎乎的排骨汤。屋里弥漫着汤的香气。姐姐调好了蘸肉的调料汁,煮好的排骨蘸上酱汁,特别好吃。喝上一碗清汤,整个身体暖乎乎的,真是又好喝又舒服。因为晚上叔叔还给我们准备了牛排,所以叔叔建议我们把排骨留到明天再吃。排骨汤非常开胃,让我不禁期待接下来的牛排。真是幸福的一天!


This week, the temperature in Canada dropped suddenly. For two days, it was more than minus 20 degrees, and it was very cold outside. In the afternoon, uncle cooked hot pork rib soup for us. The room was filled with the aroma of soup. My sister prepared the seasoning sauce for dipping the meat, and the cooked ribs were dipped in the sauce, which was very delicious. After drinking a bowl of clear soup, the whole body is warmed up, it is really delicious and comfortable. Because uncle prepared steak for us at night, uncle suggested that we save the ribs for tomorrow. The rib soup was very appetizing and made me look forward to the next steak. What a happy day!
