德行与才能，孰轻孰重？要想成功，才能固然重要，而德行才是重中之重。人们看不起品行不端的人，自然也不会为他们提供机遇。而名牌大学毕业，专业技能优异的人，因德行有缺而被公司开除的例子屡见不鲜。从业力轮报方面来看，我认为上天对处于更高地位的人要求也更严格，因为他们影响更多的人，他们的一言一行、一举一动被更多的人关注与效仿。如果一个没有德行的人拥有如此的影响力，只会将社会的道德带入无底的深渊，他自己也会造下无尽的业力。所以越是成功的人，德行越为重要。只有成为一个真正善良正直的人，才有资格获得成功。
