善良的培養

這週，我們開始和叔叔在一起打坐，在講文章的時候，叔叔給我們講了很多道理，這使我們明白了要怎樣換位思考，考慮別人的道理。並且還能了解到原來換位思考和其他一些心理，這樣一來，自己的善良就會培養起來。

This week, we start of sit in meditation with uncle. When we discussion, uncle can speak a lot of principle to us and let us know how to perspective-taking and consider other people, and can know the perspective-taking and other mind all of them are thought of a deeper level of knowledge. Yesterday, uncle said the perspective-taking’s thought, and then, the person’s goodness can growth.
