切牛肉Cut beef


Because we eat hot pot every weekend, and hot pot meat rolls in supermarkets are more expensive. So a few weeks ago, Uncle asked Brother Hu to buy back a shelf knife for slicing meat. On weekends, we cut the beef into slices and cook it in the pot, because the large pieces of beef are sold very cheaply, so it can be relatively economical, and it is enjoyable to eat. I don't know the reason at the beginning, but it is not as easy to cut meat directly with a kitchen knife. But after slowly finding the trick, it will be fine, and a large piece of meat will be easily cut in a while. Looking at the slices of thinly sliced meat, I can't help but sigh, meat is really cheaper than vegetables abroad...
