做菜的技能

因為在叔叔這裏耳濡目染的原因,感覺做菜的水準也有所提高了,至少在自己做的時候也懂得了一些菜該怎樣切,什麼東西又該跟什麼東西搭配的道理。既然出國讀大學是獨身在外,如果想要減少開銷,這些技能便大概也是必不可少的了。同時,我們還學會了包餃子。在這方面我實在得多向子滕同學學習,他在這周的包餃子中統共包出了七十多個,實在是令人嘆服。

Because of habituation here, I feel that my cooking has improved, too. At least, I know how to deal with a few kinds of stuff, and what to be combined with another. Since I am going to take university alone, these things are necessarily then if I want to reduce my expenses. In the meantime, we have learned how to fold dumplings. On this, I need to learn more from Tom, who folded seventy dumplings this week, making me really impressive.
