International Student Applications

We are pleased to welcome students from many countries to share the learning at Cambridge Academy .
Please read carefully all the information. If you have further questions, please call the school (905) 472-1706, or fax to (905) 472-1435, or e-mail the Enrolment Officer at admin@cambridgelearning.ca . We will be pleased to help.

Application Process
1.    Complete the Application Form.
2.    Read the home stay information and complete the Student Profile form. 
3.    Obtain recommendations from your present school teachers.  Ask three people who know you well to complete the Reference Forms.
4.    Copy your school report card. Translate into English, please.
5.    If you are more than 15 years old, write a short letter introducing yourself.
6.    Send the application papers to Cambridge Academy.
7.    Send the application fee and tuition deposit. Please refer to the fee schedule for all tuition and application fees.
8.    When we receive the deposit, we will mail you a Letter of Acceptance offering a place at Cambridge Academy. You can use this Letter to obtain a student visa.
We are also able to offer the Custodian Declaration required by Canada Immigration to give students under nineteen years old a guardian in Canada.
The tuition deposit is not refundable unless your application for Canadian Student Visa is rejected by the Canadian Embassy or Consulate, or by the authorities of your own country. A full refund of the deposit will be given if we receive a copy of the government letter stating that your visa application has been rejected. The tuition deposit becomes part of the year’s tuition payment, which must be paid before the first day of classes.
